BEC November 29th – The Art of Detailing Building Enclosures – Half Day Seminar

The Building Enclosure Council of Kansas City is pleased to announce our next HALF DAY session on November 29th.  We will be gathering at 8am through 3:30pm for a full day of valuable information.  Please note that the session will be located at The Builders’ Association Education and Training Center at 105 West 12th Avenue in North Kansas City Missouri.

This session is a collaboration between The Air Barrier Association of America, The International Masonry Institute, The Builders’ Association and The Building Enclosure Council of Kansas City.

A unique day of air barrier education from some of the foremost experts in building enclosures, air barriers and building airtightness.  ABAA is the National voice of the air barrier industry, come join us for industry leading education and discussions on topics such as:

  • Tools to help Develop Specifications & Field Quality Control
  • Roof to Wall / Window Connections and Compatibility
  • Air Barrier Field Testing During the Construction Process
  • Tools Available by IMI to help Support your Air Barrier Decisions
  • Review of 4 Separate Mock-up’s to Look at Detailing and Installation of Various Air Barrier Materials.

The Session is open to all trades and professions related to building design, construction, maintenance and property management.
